(Oct. 11, 2008) – The green flag has waved and race fans now have the opportunity to purchase all remaining tickets for the 51st annual Coke Zero 400 Powered By Coca-Cola NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race on July 4, 2009 at Daytona International Speedway. Great seats, including a limited number of premium tower seats, will be available. “The 2009 Coke Zero 400 Powered By Coca-Cola is going to be a special one as the race falls on July 4 – our nation’s birthday,” Daytona International Speedway President Robin Braig said. “The Independence Day holiday weekend at ‘The World Center of Racing’ is a great family tradition combining the stars of NASCAR under the lights with one of the largest fireworks shows in the Southeast. In addition, demand for tickets for next year’s race will be even greater with seats limited to only the frontstretch.” Joe Gibbs Racing’s Kyle Busch will be gunning for two straight July victories at Daytona International Speedway. He nipped Carl Edwards in the 2008 edition of the Coke Zero 400, his first Sprint Cup points-paying victory at DIS. Also available will be ticket packages that include tickets to the Winn-Dixie 250 Powered By Coca-Cola NASCAR Nationwide Series race on Friday, July 3 and the Brumos Porsche 250 Rolex Sports Car Series race on Thursday night, July 2.
